THE BIG HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE. . . . . .

THIS HOUSE IS WEST OF CHICAGO AND WAS BUILT ON WHAT
USE TO BE PRAIRIE LAND.

I ORDERED THESE ANTIQUE BIRD PRINTS FROM 610 HOME, GENEVA,
ILLINOIS. . . . . THEY WERE ORIGINALLY FRAMED IN BLACK AND WITH
THE SOFT GREY WALLS THAT I HAD PAINTED, I LOVED THE GOLD AGAINST
THE GREY.  DRAPERIES WILL BE INSTALLED NEXT WEEK.

JOY ARRIVED AT THE HOUSE THIS MORNING A FEW WEEKS AFTER THE HOME OWNER
HAD A WREAKENING THAT THIS SHOULD BE PAINTED.  I NEVER BELIEVED THEY
WOULD AGREE TO THIS, BUT THEY DID.

THIS USE TO BE FILLED WITH WATERFORD CRYSTAL AND AFTER
A DISCUSSION ON WHAT TO DISPLAY AND WHAT NOT TO........WE
HIT IT.  STILL HAVE MORE WORK TO DO ON THE INTERIOR OF THE CABINET.

DINING ROOM IN PROGRESS. . . .  WALLCOVERING GOES UP NEXT
MONDAY.  A NEW PAPER BY SCHUMACHER.

THIS HAPPENS TO BE 54" WIDE WITH AN 87" REPEAT! I WILL BE PHOTO-
GRAPHING THE COMPLETION OF THIS NEXT WEEK.

SO MANY CHANGES, FOR THE HOME OWNERS, BUT QUITE SATISFIED
THEY ARE THUS FAR. . .

I WILL BE BACK WITH MORE NEXT WEEK.
